ALDI buyers are always looking for new items. Once a buyer has expressed interest in pursuing an item, the following information is required:
Please return the Product forms listed above to your assigned Corporate Buying Assistant.
Please mail three product samples of all varieties being quoted as well as three benchmark samples to:

Each sample should be labeled with the following:
- Item description
- Supplier name
- Buyer and assistant name
- Offer number – if submitting multiple offers
- Date produced and date product should be consumed by (if applicable)
- Preparation instructions (if applicable)
Mail a sample of proposed packaging and proposed shipping or display case. Please combine all samples and packaging in one box. This will ensure pertinent information is received.
