Does my business qualify to participate in ALDI’s Supplier Inclusion program?
To qualify for ALDI’s Supplier Inclusion program, your business must be at least 51% owned and operated by a minority, woman, veteran, LGBTQ person, or a person with a disability. Businesses that are certified through the U.S. Small Business Administration’s HUBZone program also qualify to participate. If you are unsure if you qualify for diverse certification, please consult one of the certifying organizations listed below.

Does certification as a diverse business guarantee that I will be awarded business?
No, diverse business certification does not guarantee that you will be awarded business with ALDI. Business is awarded based on a variety of factors to develop a mutually beneficial relationship between ALDI and our suppliers.
Is there a cost to participate in ALDI’s Supplier Inclusion program?
There is no fee to participate in ALDI’s program, however there may be a cost to receive certification as an eligible diverse business. For more information on the certification fees, visit the website of the applicable certifying body for your business.
Are diverse Tier 2 suppliers accounted for in ALDI’s Supplier Inclusion program?
Yes, ALDI includes Tier 2 suppliers, defined as diverse suppliers or subcontractors invoicing the buying organization’s primary (Tier 1) supplier for goods and services rendered. However, certifications are still required, and the primary business must report spend data at regular intervals.
